Alana's treatment style
Alana uses a structural and biomechanical approach when assessing and treating her patients. This can be tailored to the patient, selecting more gentle techniques on children and young teens and firm enough for your big boned athletes.
Alana utilises soft tissue, joint articulation, joint manipulation and myofascial release techniques to achieve her results, followed by the prescription of home based exercises.
Alana has extensive knowledge in taping techniques after years working within a football club, and using this regularly with her patients.
